How to Measure: When seated, without shoes, measure:
From crease behind knee to base of ankle At widest part of calf. This measurement should be taken over pants or breeches/jods.

Then select the Chap size where this measurement fits between the relaxed and stretched measurements given above for the calf. For example, a person whose calf measures 33cm/13" should order a Small

MEASURING FOR A NEW RUG

If you do not have an existing rug to measure, check which size to order by measuring the horse.  the measurement should be taken from the centre of the chest where the front o the rug would be, around the shoulder and on a continuous straight line to the point level with the top of the tail.   This is much more reliable than merely depending on the height of the horse.

 

Terms and Conditions & Returns

A restocking charge will be made on all goods returned which were wrongly ordered by the customer

 

Some items will require a 10% non-returnable deposit.

Goods will not be refunded or replaced unless unused and unsoiled, whereby a credit note, exchange or refund less P&P is offered.

Faulty goods will be entitled to a full refund or replacement. excluding P&P No refund or exchange will be offered if a rug has been worn by pony/horse.    Customers must ensure that some form of protection is placed between pony/horse and rug  when trying on rug for first time. Please measure rugs correctly using the measure guide above.

Prices are correct at time of issue and are inclusive of VAT @ 17.5%, if applicable, unless indicated otherwise. We reserve the right to alter prices under circumstances beyond our control. All prices are quoted in UK pounds sterling and goods are sold under UK law.

We are very happy to help and advise customers although we cannot be held responsible for the decision made when choosing a size. Any products made to measure from information/sizes provided by the customer are non returnable.
