How to Order
To
order please telephone or email your requirements with sizes where
appropriate, code/number and colour (if possible an alternative colour
is helpful). We will endeavour to answer emails within 24
hours.
Payment can be made by cheque or postal/money order, cash at owners
risk.
If
goods are in stock they will be dispatched as soon as cheque is
cleared.
If
goods are not in stock they can be ordered. Which normally take 24
hours.

Discount given for bulk orders.
Carriage is by Royal Mail Parcel for larger items and 1st
class Royal Mail for smaller items such as gloves etc. All postage is
charged at cost.

It is
company policy to be flexible on returns. However there are
exceptions. Because of Health and Safety Legislation any rug bought
cannot be returned if it has not been tried first with a blanket or
similar underneath. It is the customer’s responsibility to measure
correctly for size of rug and also rider wear.

are now available in any denomination, don't buy the wrong size or the
wrong colour, send your loved one a gift voucher and give them what they
would have bought for themselves!
